Camerica released the Aladdin Deck Enhancer for the NES in winter 1992. The Aladdin Deck Enhancer was supposed to add an extra 64k of memory to the NES, a built-in battery to let you save game states and extra graphic abilities.

When you plug an Aladdin cart into the dech enhancer it is the same size as a Nintendo cartridge. The problem was Camerica went out of business shortly afterwards.
Codemasters took over Camerica's business in North America, but it never had much to do with the Aladdin Deck Enhancer which was missing a lot of the features hyped anyways.
Six games plus the pack-in were released for the Aladdin Deck Enhancer and 12 others were announced with screen shots.
All of the other six games were also available in regular NES cartridge format.
